Use this form for entering a team (or part team) using your preferred pegs. Any blank spaces will be assumed to be free for inserting an individual shooter who wishes to participate in the team shoot. Remember it is the best 4 scores from 5 to count.
Please have a look at the meal menu first, so that you can put your main course option(s) on the form. If you require more than 1 meal ticket, please put the second option in the Extra column. The meal will be £25 per head
