Shoot Report

The first shoot of the winter series had weather to suit, with constant rain all day and the wind picking up later in the afternoon. Despite the bad conditions Ian Ross, Peter Mackay, Douglas Henderson & Angus Cameron started the competition with 25/75's with six others shooting all 25 targets. David Alford shot a couple of 74's and Tommy Gunn a couple of 73's whilst Angus and Douglas both shot another 25 straight, with 2 and 3 second barrels respectively. However, this wasn't enough to stop Ian Ross who shot another 25/75 to get a maximum 50/150 to win the Peter Rolffe-Budd Memorial Trophy.

Jonathan Allan won the Juniors trophy with consistent shooting, only loosing 3 targets for the day and finishing on a 47/139. Catherine Fraser took the Ladies, Sandy Gall sneaked the Veterans from Gordon Duguid and Mark Bryant took the Novices since Jonathan had already won the Juniors section.

Nobody took part in the side trap due to the bad weather.
